5 Pain and Inflammation Relieving Products I like- Issue: # 1

This will be a series of my most liked pain and inflammation relieving products. Here is issue #1.

Orgono Living Silica Gel

This gel is amazing! Ladies and gentleman alike, this is great for wrinkles. It helps any tendon, muscle, ligament, joint pain and helps my inflammation. When I have had a cut or bruise, this helped heal it faster. I also used this post total knee replacement on my scar (after I was cleared to apply lotions and gel) and this has lessened the appearance considerably.

doTERRA Blue Rub

This was suggested to me by a friend and fellow arthritis warrior, Carolyn who happens to be a doTERRA Wellness Advocate and expert on anything essential oils related. Many of you have probably seen her featured on my blog as a guest contributor, sharing her wisdom on the overall benefits for rheumatoid arthritis and more.  Although I had heard of the blue rub, I just never got the chance to try it until recently.

I aim to use the most natural ingredients in pain and inflammation relieving products as possible.This has some minor chemicals but nothing major. It really has helped take the pain away in minutes! Inflammation has gone down too after it’s use. I use it on areas that can be bothersome like my hands or elbow (where I have joint and tendon issues) and if it can help me in these areas, it will help you.

Bio Freeze

This right here is gold. It’s not 100% naturally derived ingredients but when it comes to pain relief this does the job immediately. I have joint damage in my elbow and this area can be very sensitive because of how small the joint is and the nerves running through. So when it acts up or if I overdo it, Bio Freeze is the first thing I turn to.

MSM Aloe Vera Gel

This helps pain and inflammation but when I have had bug bits this decreases swelling and itchiness.

MSM Medicinal Lotion

In addition to the medicinal version, they also have unscented, berry vanilla, peppermint, coconut and more. It’s a nice moisturizer during the winter or after a shower/bath too. I really like it!
